Our royalty club memberships are perfect for anybody who loves film or simply wants a regular activity to do, that doesn't break the bank! To give our customers added flexibility, we offer 4 different types of membership, with prices ranging from £45 - £100. Details of each membership type can be found below along with answers to some FAQs.
Q. How do I sign up?
A. Memberships can be purchased online or in person at our box office.
Q. I've purchased a membership online, when will I receive my card?
A. Your Royalty Club Card will be issued to you on your first visit to The Regal after purchasing your membership online.
Q. Do I have to sign up to a subscription?
A. No, with our Royalty Club, you get what you pay for. For example; if you've paid for a 3 month membership, you are entitled to the benefits of that card, for 3 months.
Q. Can my friend or family member use my Royalty Club Card?
A. No, the benefits of a Royalty Club Membership are only available to the named cardholder. Cardholder's found to be lending their card to others will have their membership suspended or cancelled without recompense.
Q. Do I have to pay in one sum?
A. Yes, we can only accept payment for all Royalty Memberships in one sum and do not support any pay-monthly schemes.
Q. Can I use my Royalty Club Card to see a live show or event cinema screening?
A. No, Royalty Club Cards can only be used to obtain tickets to film screenings.
Q. Can I purchase a Royalty Membership as a gift for somebody else?
A. Royalty Memberships are the perfect gift for film fanatics, simply purchase a "Royalty Membership Gift Voucher" online or in person and your friend/family member can redeem this for the Membership which matches that on their voucher. Membership Gift Vouchers are available from the Gift Vouchers webpage.
Q. Will I still have to pay online booking fees as a member?
A. Free online booking is not currently a benefit of our memberships, therefore a subsidised booking fee of 50p per ticket (up to 4 tickets) will be incurred by members when booking online.
Q. Can I get a replacement card?
A. We can issue replacement cards, however there will be a £1 charge per card for any lost or damaged card we replace.
