Heidi Swain has been passionate about writing from an early age. She gained a degree in literature and flirted briefly with a newspaper career before plucking up the courage to be a full-time writer. Now a highly prolific, multi-award winning author, her books have sold over a million copies. She lives in Norfolk, and her new novel, Best Summer Ever, came out in April.

Her latest novel, The Ravenswood Witch, was shortlisted for the 2023 RNA Historical Romantic Novel of the Year.

Her books have sold more than a million copies and have been widely translated. Rachel lives in Norwich. Norfolk and Suffolk are favourite settings for her books.
